Welcome to the Home Group online community 

 What is an online community?

An online community is a social media platform which brings together a number of Home Group customers offering the opportunity to engage with Home Group and each other. It is a private community and invite only, being that members have to be invited and approved to gain access to the community; it is not open to all like Facebook.

 Why does Home Group have an online community?

We have an online community to allow us to engage with customers like you on a variety of subjects. By collecting your feedback, opinions and perceptions in the community through a series of topics, discussions, surveys and polls we can assess how you feel about the service we offer our customers. We are providing this Community as part of our Customer Involvement and Insight Strategy to expand ways for you to feedback your views on your experiences with Home Group and your community.
